This All-Levels Class focuses on integrating balancing postures and sun salutations to warm up your body and open your heart. Incorporated with core building postures help improve your self-confidence, strength, and flexibility physically and emotionally. This Rize and Shine Practice will end with soothing seated postures that prepare are mind and body for Sivasana, or Relaxation. Due to Covid and safety precautions, seats need to be reserved within 24 hours of class. Come breath in the fresh sea air as we practice with Mother Nature!
