Individual yoga classes designed to focus on healing “Issues stored in your tissues.” When we experience sensations, it is not uncommon for individuals to suppress those associated feelings in their tissues. By suppressing, those sensations can turn into issues flared up in our bodies or tissues. Each private yoga class seeks to balance out your body and the subtle energies associated with your Central Nervous System.
